Construction Complete
The old State Theater site, at 2854 Kennedy Blvd., now called State Square and one of
Journal Square’s proudest new achievements, is almost fully tenanted.
The building has 130 residential units, about 15,000 square feet of retail space, and a much-needed 300-space parking garage.

With the assistance of the Journal Square Restoration Corporation, Jersey City Magazine continues to effectively promote many of the efforts that are improving all of Jersey City, from commercial and residential initiatives to cultural and recreational programs.
